I've always come under the curse of the green eyed monster when it comes to long, thick, luscious locks. Why? Because, I simply can't grow them myself! Curse you naturally fine hair! Luckily, Irresistible Me came to the rescue and made my Rapunzel-esque fantasties come true.

Raise your hand if your hair only seems to grow just past your shoulders!
**An abundance of hands**
Thought so!
I can bet my bottom dollar that you seem to have tried everything. I know I have; from the smart and simple, such as regular trims, to the darn right crazy. Hair growth supplements anyone?
Each time, much to my dismay, my fine hair grows at the slowest of snail-paces and struggles to get past my shoulders.
Just as I'd given up on the idea of having mermaid locks, the lovelies at 'Irresistible Me' asked me if I would like to try some of their clip in extensions.
Dreaming of finally having some va-va-voom in my hair, I opted for the Royal Remy extensions in Platinum Blonde. I decided to opt for the shortest length (14 inches) as my hair has quite choppy layers and I wanted it to blend and look as natural as possible. I also chose 200g of extensions, which is the heaviest weight, as my hair is about as thick as a 70 year old woman's. #NaturalLightHairProblems
I was over the moon with how close the extensions were in colour to my natural hair. I'm impressed with how well they blend and add both length and volume.
I can see myself experimenting with a ton of Pinterest-worthy do's with my extensions. From long, boho waves to intricate braids, the options are truly endless! Plus, as the extensions are 100% human hair I can straighten and curl to my desire. Rapunzel: eat your heart out!
The extensions look incredible when I clip them close to my roots to add volume to my regular-length hair too. Who needs backcombing and dry shampoo when you have these babies?
On an outfit note, this lush marble-printed dress is from Style Moi and totally reminds me of those drool-worthy Instagram feeds that are marble-heavy. Well... if I can't have the feed, I will be the feed!
Have you ever tried hair extensions? I feel like a Disney Princess!
